Intermittent Technical Issues with the online Hole Registrat
We are currently experiencing intermittent technical issues with the online Hole Registration System. Specifically, the system is having trouble reliably sending confirmation emails to the table captains—sometimes they go through, and sometimes they don't.
To ensure no registrations are missed, please follow the guidelines below.
What You Need to Do
Due to our technical difficulties, the online registration form is removed, you can register directly via email.

Information to Include in Your Email
To help us process your registration quickly, please copy, paste, and fill out the following template in your email Using the date/course you wish to play as the subject:
- Member Name:
- Member Number:
- Your Email Address:
- Day of the Week You Wish to Play:
- Course and Date You Wish to Play:
- Name and Member Number of Whom You Are Registering: (Please include yourself and any guests/partners)

Registration Process
- Registration Timing: The registration process starts seven days before the scheduled game. Registrations received before the seven days will not be accepted.
- Registration Submission: To register, complete the below form with the names/numbers of your group, the day of the week you are registering for, and the date and course. This should be received by noon two days before the event. No phone calls or texts.
- Changes to Registration: Changes/additions to any group and additional registrations will be accepted up to noon on the day before the event.
- Pairing Sheet Posting: The pairing sheet will be posted after noon on the day before the event.
- Check-In: Upon arrival at the course, check with a member of your group or the table to see if your group has checked in.
- Scorecards and Fees: If your group has not checked in, prepare the scorecards (per the tee sheet) and pay the table fees for the entire group.
- Changes After Deadline: After the noon deadline on the day before the event, if there are any changes, please notify the table captain as soon as possible.
- Foursome Arrangement: The table has the authority and responsibility to place individual players in foursomes for the day’s play and shall designate the order in which they shall tee off. If you register as a 2-some or 3-some, there is no guarantee you will stay together. The table may need to mix and match to create foursomes. Note, some courses want to charge for a single rider in the cart.
- Early Registration: There is no guarantee that registrations will be assigned holes in the order received
- Game Day Participation: If you decide to play on the day of the game, you may just show up, and the organizers will fit you in.
These rules ensure a smooth and organized registration and participation process for all players.
If you do not receive a confirmation by the end of the next day, please notify the table captain. Also, if you have registered and you are unable to attend, please notify the table captain.
