(Responsible for administration and conduct of in-town dogfight tournaments, permanent and temporary staffing of the tables and providing all tables with supplies. Performs the duties of the former tee box committee (e.g. insures course length is within SGAA guidelines, identifies playability of bunkers, identifies drop areas on water holes, etc.))

(Responsible for calling new members and welcoming them to SGAA. Advise them we are sending bag tags and encourage them to use the web site to obtain a copy of the member handbook, to check tournament dates and locations, and general information for members.)

(Compile monthly handicaps and send to Webmaster for posting. Be prepared to answer questions from members regarding their handicaps. Compile and keep up to date record on the times members have played and the number of points they have earned for the year. Complete a monthly report to be published on the SGAA web site. Also complete a report and supply to the table captains monthly for members who do not have access to web site)
